Built For Providers & Patients
Rellax wasn’t just born out of clinical experience, it was inspired by the real struggles of tinnitus patients who felt frustrated and helpless in their search for effective, accessible relief. As lifelong audiologists and ear doctors, we’ve spent decades hearing the same stories: patients unable to sleep, concentrate, or even enjoy their daily routines due to the constant noise in their ears.
We realized that existing solutions were either too generic or too expensive, leaving many people with nowhere to turn. We set out to change that. We wanted to create something more than just another sound therapy app, something that could adapt to each person’s specific needs, whether they were looking for short-term relief during a stressful day or long-term management strategies for chronic tinnitus.
That’s why we designed Rellax; to be a tool patients can rely on, along with your treatment plan, any time the ringing, buzzing, or hissing becomes overwhelming. The app delivers personalized sound therapy while helping patients stay consistent over time. Daily sessions build streaks, milestone badges recognize progress, and weekly/monthly leaderboards highlight top performers and longest streaks. HRV and sleep tracking add insight into how consistent therapy supports rest, recovery, and overall wellbeing. With Rellax, relief is always within reach, tailored to each patient’s tinnitus profile and designed to support lasting habits.
